I just recently completed a refinance with RANLife and wanted to share my pleasant experience in working with one of your employees, Braydon Slauson.
I was quite skeptical when he first contacted me as I explained to him that my first experience with your company was extremely stressful as well as expensive. As a result of being told one thing as far as the date for closing of the loan and the actual closing resulted in me and my son held up in a Motel 6 here in Salem with my household belongings in a U-Haul truck in the motel parking lot for 3 weeks. It ended up costing me about $2,800 out of pocket. However, Braydon was assuring and said that your company would not be selling my loan as it was done (week 2 to Wells Fargo).
Throughout the entire refinance process, Braydon was very professional and reliable. I especially appreciated that he kept in constant contact and always called when he said he would. He was never condescending when explaining any of the details and always made sure I understood after any questions I would ask (which were many).
A good employee for any customer service business is hard to find, as I am sure you are aware. I just wanted you to know that you should do what you can to hang on to this one! I sincerely appreciated working with Braydon and am very pleased that I refinanced with your company.
