Wes was very helpful in many ways. This was my first home purchase but the 2nd for my husband, which he helped sell our town home my husband had purchased as well. I have a very busy home based business and needed things to run quickly and smoothly but we were particular in our needs moving forward. We outlined what we needed and wanted and let him kind of take it from there. We looked at a couple to get a better physical and visual feel since pictures don't do justice or vice versa at times. After looking at a few properties and knowing the adjustments we wanted to make we went back to his office and adjusted the search. 2 properties really made us say "WOW" and I think both of us knew one of the 2 would most likely be the one. He made the appointments and that Friday we had a fun filled day at house hunting! Sure enough 1 of the 2 that really stood out to us really blew us away when walked in the door. We made an offer that night and knew we had to get to work selling the town home! He pulled properties in the area that were either sold or for sale in the last 6 months and did a comparison of ours to their and with what we owed we were able to come to a figure for our sale price right away. He instructed us on things to get done (DE-CLUTTER EVERYTHING!!) before pictures taken and we went to work! Things moved just as quick and smooth with the sell of the condo as was the purchase of our dream home. Wes was very attentive to what we needed and communicates very well to ensure you know what is happening and making sure needs are met. Don't let him fool you though, he's not all work and no sense of humor! He truly does want to help you find YOUR perfect place or help you get the most out of what you're looking to sell and be personable at the same time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sale a property!
