Eric Mabon was incredible to work with. I had gone under contract with a home only to find out it had been vandalized right before funding. Luckily a hold was put on hold. I wasn't able to get any assistance from my realtor when it came to getting my earnest money back, but Eric was able to direct me on where to go, and provided me with contacts to help with my dispute. I was able to quickly find a new home, and while Ranlife was not responsible for what happened with the first home they waived my appraisal fee for the second house to reduce the amount of money I'd lost on the first house.
