We LOVED working with Eric Mabon. He made the home buying process very FAST! We were so lucky we went with him. He literally answered my phone cal at 10:00pm and made it possible for our offer to go through. (Before the home was going to goon the market the next morning!.....ahhhh we needed it to be under contract so we didn't go into a bidding war) We couldn't have bought our home if he didn't help us that late night. Eric was always so kind and he knew exactly what he was doing. He helped us get the best rate and prices possible. He was exceptional. We plan on going through him forever!
